As one of my goals going into the new year, I have put myself on a slight book buying ban. Not for the fact of money purposes, but for the fact that I have over 300 unread books on my shelves and need to focus on the ones I own before I keep buying more.

Now many of these books I had either acquired or purchased prior to the new year. I spend a lot of time at Half Price Books and received some gift cards to HPB for the holiday. I also made a large order on Bookoutlet for their Boxing Day Sale! But if you follow me on twitter you would have seen that I have no self control and picked up quite a few books from my library’s book sale!

Amazing haul, and while your physical TBR is growing these were good deals, especially the library sale! happy reading!
Wow, that’s a fantastic haul. I haven’t read a single one of them but a lot are also on my TBR! Stalking JAck the Ripper, the Tamora Pierce and Robin Hobb books. And I agree, you couldn’t pass that library sale!
Oh, actually I read Curtsies & Conspiracies a few years ago. I remember liking that series.
I wish you luck with that book buying ban. I want to try and not buy all the books, too. We’ll see how it goes.

Bookoutlet gets me every time! I’ve bought at least 40 books in the past two months because of them 🙈 it’s a problem.
