Friday Reads {8/29}

Untitled design-1112396528It is coming towards the end of the month so I am trying to finish up the books I am currently reading! I just finished Reason to Breathe by Rebecca Donovan and I was listening to that on audiobook so I started the next one Barely Breathing by Rebecca Donovan. I just couldn’t not start the next one right away because that ending…. I am also finishing up Hollow City by Ransom Riggs which I am buddy reading (which I am horrible at) with Krystal @ Books Are My Thing. I am really hoping to be able to squeeze in one more book before the end of the month! So After I finish Hollow City I am hoping to pick up an e-arc I received from Entangled Teen, The Girl and the Clockwork Cat by Nikki McCormack that comes out September 2nd ! I am not really sure what it is about, but it has a cat and if you know anything about me I am obsessed with cats! I think that might be all I can get to this weekend. 18980000

What are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun or exciting happening ? What are you reading/planning on reading? I would love to hear from you!

  1. How was Reason to Breathe? I’ve been looking at it for awhile but never added it to my TBR or anything. This weekend I’m finishing up a review copy called Dream On and listening to the audiobook of Anne of Avonlea.

  2. I really enjoyed Reason to Breathe. It was beautifully written and was deep and emotional. It does have some violent and detailed accounts of abuse so if you can’t handle stuff like that than you might not want to read it, but overall it was moving and I couldn’t put it down.
