Friday Reads [12/5]

Untitled design-11

18081809I finally caught up on the books I was dragging through for most of November. Now I am stuck at the point of not knowing what to pick up next. I have a few options of books I want/ need to pick up next. The first book that I am really hoping to pick up next is Landline by Rainbow Rowell! I have not read anything by her yet and everyone raves about her books and writing! This is the only book I own by Rainbow Rowell and have heard its a great holiday time read because it deals with Christmas! Another book that I would like to pick up this 20174424weekend is City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennet! This was a book I was sent for review by Blogging For Books! As far as I know this is a stand alone fantasy novel and I am really intrigued and interested to see what it is like. I have been in a slight fantasy kick (more in my head than in action). I have heard great things about it and I am really excited to pick it up and explore this new world! Along with these two I really want to finally finish The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood. I am still only like halfway done with this. Every time I try to listen to it I fall asleep because Clare Danes voice is just too soothing. I really want to start on a new audiobook so I must finish this one first and plus I am really enjoying the story and everything it stands for and is representing!

What are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun or exciting happening ? What are you reading/planning on reading? I would love to hear from you!
