Bout of Books 15 | Goals & TBR

For those that don’t know what Bout of Books is… here you go:

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 4th and runs through Sunday, January 10th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 15 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. – From the Bout of Books team

This will be my fourth time participating and I am really excited. For the most part there is something about read-a-thons that motivate me to actually read more. I have a very ambitious January TBR already but picked out some different books for this TBR to mix it up. I picked out some shorter books and books that I need to review, but ones from my January TBR might show up as well.

♠ I am hoping to read at least 100 pages a day.
♠ Finish at least three books (but hoping I finish more!)
♠ Update as much as possible (via my blog and twitter)
♠ Share quotes and thoughts on books throughout the week.

Scardust by Suzanne van Rooyen
Rise of ISIS by Jay Sekulow
Sands of Time by Christine Church
No Rest For The Wicked by Dane Cobain
♠ Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

  1. Good luck with Bout of Books! I would love to join, and I might unofficially join, but I’m not sure if I will be able to commit due to my Wednesday, Thursday and Friday being extremely busy and I will not have time to read during those days.
    Have fun and enjoy!
