April TBR | 2014

So I decided to make a TBR List for the month of April. These are going to be the list of books I am hoping to get through in this month. It is going to be a really rough month for reading because this is the last month of the semester and I graduate in the beginning of May. In the month of March I read 7 books and I aiming for that many this month too. I am very indecisive so this list will probably change and besides the first two the order I read them is subject to change.

1. Spirit Bound by Richelle Mead

(I am currently reading this and I am about a third of the way through it.)

2. Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead

(This is the last book in the Vampire Academy Series and so will tie up my marathon read of the series!)

3.Touched by Cyn Balog

(I have had this book on my shelf forever. After marathoning a series I think I am going to have to take a break and read some shorter books. This is a stand alone book and I read another book by Cyn Balog earlier this year and even though I didn’t think it was amazing it was a good and different read so I am interested to dive into this one. I have found that Cyn Balog’s books always have interesting story lines and are unique compared to other books I have read.)

4. Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence

( I am in need of another fantasy book. There has been something missing from my life after I finished The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch. I own the next book in the Gentleman Bastard series, but I don’t have the time to commit to it.  So that is my reasoning for wanting to read this book this month and it also sounds really interesting and has a beautiful cover.)

5. Born at Midnight by C.C. Hunter

( This book is sitting on my counter and I keep looking at it and have been wanting to pick it up and give it a go. There is no time like the present! It seems like an interesting read and is about a camp full of supernatural beings. Whats more exciting than that?)

6. The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan

(I finally just bought the rest of this trilogy and can’t wait to begin reading this interesting take on a zombie story! This name and cover are so intriguing!)

7. The Dead-Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan

(Since  I do own the whole trilogy (The Forest of Hands and Teeth) I will probably end up binge reading it so that is why this is on the list. I am so excited to get into this world!)
