Today starts my 11 day winter/holiday break from work and I am so beyond excited. Definitely a huge benefit of my new job because it has been over 5 years since I have had this time off! So I thought it would be fun to share my Holiday Break 2022 plans for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as over my break! I would love to hear how you are spending your day and what your holiday plans are for this year!

Holiday Break 2022 Plans

I am currently at my parents house spending the holiday at home! Because of snowy weather and the unpredictability of winter, my cats travelled with me. Since my parents have cats and a dog, we are staying out in the heated camper! Its like staying at a little Air BnB!

Let’s start with the bookish plans! I am currently participating in the Reindeer Readathon and starting Dec 26 will be partaking in the Smutathon! In the past couple of years I have done a 24 hour readathon for Christmas Eve. I am still planning on trying to read as much as I possible can, but being home with family there are lots of plans for Christmas Eve like a hot cocoa bar and Christmas movie marathon! I am only 8 books away from reaching 100 books read! I am hoping to complete this by the end of the year and feel like its within reach.

Right now I am about halfway done with Lover Enshrined by J.R Ward as well as Unwrapped by K.M Mixon. Which hopefully I will have one of them if not both completed by today! I know I have TBRs put together but I guess we will see if I actually stick to them because I have been such a mood reader lately.

Other than that the cats and I plan on snuggling reading and watching movies. As well has going on walks in the snow with my parents puppy! So many movies and tv shows to watch while hiding away from the bad weather. In addition to that it will be getting some blog post completed for year end stuff as well as finishing my Always Fully Booked Planner and starting to set up my 2023 planner! When I get back home there will be some cleaning plans to get my house clean and organized before ringing in the New Year!
