I saw this post over on Emma’s Chapter and it was orignally posted on Browsing for Books by Cerys and thought it would make a great addition to my blogmas posts!
Ò Hot Chocolate – Recommend a Book That’s Sweet Through and Through
I struggled with this. I do not read cutsie books , I am more of a darker reader. I think the closest one would have to be To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han.
Ò Peppermint Mocha – Recommend a Book With a Lot of Strong Emotions
The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas put me on an emotional rollercoaster and has such strong and important topics.
Ò Apple Cider – Recommend a Book Full of Characters with Questionable Morals
Bring Me Their Hearts by Sara Wolf is filled with characters that each have their own motives and although you like some more than others the ones you may like don’t have the best of intention or very good morals.
Ò Eggnog – Recommend a Book That’s Mostly Fun, With Just a Hint of Danger
Light Years by Kass Morgan was a surprising read for me this year. It definitely was full of fun, and adventure but had that impending danger feel throughout the book.
Ò Gingerbread Latte – Recommend a Book With a Lot of Action
For this one I have a couple or Middle Grade books I read this year that were fun reads, filled with mythical/magical creatures and lots of action!
The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan, Fablehaven by Brandon Mull and Wild Magic by Tamora Pierce
