Stay Home And Read All Weekend

For some reason these past few days I have just felt off. My whole body has been hurting and its giving me anxiety thinking that something is wrong. I hate going to the doctors especially during the times we live in. So distract me from everything I have decided I am going to dedicate this weekend to relaxing, reading and binge watching tv!

What I’m Reading

Hannah’s Hero by Ruby Dixon

This is the 6th book in the Icehome series by Ruby Dixon. I have been flying through these books in both this series and the original series. They are just fun entertaining books that definitely have some steamy moments! I am about halfway through this book and listening to it as an audiobook. It is not my favorite, I definitely feel like I relate to Hannah in ways and she annoys me in other ways. It also has some big things going on in the plot that I am interested to see what happens! I should for sure be able to finish this by the end of the weekend!

Arctic Bite by N.J Walters

This is the second book in a new standalone series by NJ Walters, Forgotten Brotherhood. It is all about a group of immortal assassins! I enjoyed the first book in the series, but feel like this one is going to be even better! It is about a polar bear shifter and a grim reaper! I am alone about a fourth of the way through but so interested to see where it will go and if we will see the characters from the first book. This one is an ARC and comes out May 18th, so I am hoping to make a huge dent in the reading of this one this weekend!

I am not sure what other books I will pick up. I just got the audiobook of The Roanoke Girls by Amy Engel so that might be a contender, there are also a few romance books I got recently that I want to pick up real soon and a few that are on KindleUnlimited that I really want to get to as well! And then there is The Stepford Wives by Ira Levin and A Princess of Mars by Edgar Rice Burroughs that I want to pick up real soon!

What I’m Watching

Lately some of the girls from work and I have been watching reality romance/love tv shows together. They are always filled with drama and humor and its fun to be able to text back and forth about what is going on. Recently we decided to start watching Love Island UK, and lets just say they are so far behind me. I have been completely obsessed with this show and watch it 24/7. It is just so entertaining and such an escape from my reality.

What are you weekend plans? What are you reading?
