TOP 5 WEDNESDAY

Top 5 Wednesday was created by Lainey from gingerreadslainey (YouTube, Goodreads) and if you would like to join, here is the link for the Goodreads group with all the information. This was a tough list for me to make this week. I am not that familiar with self pubs or at least not to my knowledge. If you have any that are good and recommend me let me know. I am pretty sure I have some on my bookshelves that I just haven’t gotten to yet. So here are my Top Favorite Self Published Books.

Top Favorite Self Published Books

♦ The Martian by Andy Weir

The Martian

This book was originally self-published. If you haven’t read it where are you living? Under a rock? This book is an amazing sci-fi that is layered with suspense and humor!

The Seventh Friend by Tim Stead

The Seventh Friend

This was one of my favorite reads in 2014! It was an insane epic fantasy that was jam packed with complex well developed characters, beautiful imagery and impending war. I do not know why I haven’t continued in this trilogy yet and also want to pick up Stead’s new novel Shanakan!

Reason to Breathe by Rebecca Donovan

Reason To Breathe

I am pretty sure this book was originally self-published. This is a intense emotionally read that is sure to make you cry.
