TOP TEN BOOKS ABOUT FRIENDSHIP
(I am mainly going to do books with great friendships in them. I do not think I have read many books that are about friendship solely)
1. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares
All the girls relationships in this are amazing and it really shows true bonds and the ups and downs between friends, but that they will always be there for you in the end.
2. We Are The Goldens by Dana Reinhardt
Nell and Felix- these two were my favorite part about this book. I am all about the supportive and protective with a side of witty banter and sarcasm.
3. The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch
I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but come on the things that Locke does for his friends regardless of how horrible the outcome could be for him….who doesn’t want a friend like that.
4. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
The relationship between Rose and Lissa is perfect! I also love the friendship between Rose and Mason.
5. Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi
Juliette and Kenji are so amazingly perfect and highly entertaining. I love the witty banter that takes place between the two.
6. Cinder by Marissa Meyer
Cinder and Iko are so funny and great together. I mean what is cooler than a cyborg and android being best friends!
Thats all I got. I couldn’t think of any other ones. What are some of your favorite book friendships?

Would the “Gemma Doyle Trilogy” by Libba Bray count?
I haven’t read that trilogy yet, but I am sure it probably has some great friendships!
It does! Add it to your “to be read” list for the summer. (Forewarning: The books are pretty long…– but it’s SOO worth it!)
I actually own all the books and have been planning on reading them really soon!
Nice. Have fun!!! 😀
I had Cinder and Iko on my list as well! They make a great team!
Nice picks, I need to get reading Cinder ASAP!

Great list. I can definitely see each book’s merits and why they made the list. 🙂
I like friendships where the characters are more like frenemies.
