Top Ten Tuesday |Top New-To-Me Favorite Authors I Read in 2015

Untitled design-9
This weeks Top Ten Tuesday topic hosted by Broke and Bookish is Top Ten New-To-Me Favorite Authors I Read For The First Time In 2015. I was not able to read a lot of books this year, but these authors have created some amazing books and some have become new auto-buy authors for me! There are not 10 and these are in no particular order.
♥  Ernest Cline
I picked up Ready Player One and was a little hesitant. The way that Cline weaved together a futuristic story with 80s elements was amazing and so beautifully done!
♥ Heather Demetrios
I have only read one of her books, but it completely sold me on Demetrios as a writer. There was so much emotion and passion that showed through her writing adding an extra wonderful element to her writing!
♥ Rae Carson
I cannot believe it took me so long to read something by Rae Carson. Carson breathes such life in her words and writes such refreshing fantasy. She has nailed the unique elements and the unthought of characters!
♥ Sarah J. Maas
This is another author that I cannot believe it has taken me so long to get to. From her brilliant worlds and dynamic well thought out characters it is no surprise her and her books get such high praise. She writes totally engrossing stories with female heroines that prove you can be badass while looking good!
♥ Leah Thomas
I may be a little bias here seeing as I know here, but I thought her story was unique and a refreshing breath of life to the YA genre. It was something completely new and mixed together contemporary and sci-fi elements layered with humor.
♥ Jay Crownover
Man does she know how to write steamy romance and dark brooding male characters that are dreamy. She is able to incorporate other elements of life than just a romance that make her books so relatable.
