23 Books In 2023

23 Books in 2023

So one of my big goals and focuses for like every year since I seem to fail miserably at it each year is was to tackle my ever growing TBR that has reached over 700+ books. I acquired a lot of new books, did say goodbye to some as well, but definitely did not read and prioritize the books I should have in 2022. I read a total of 1 book and DNF’d 2 from my 22 Books in 2022 *facepalm* It is about time that I go through those books that have been sitting on my TBR the longest and figure out if I still want to read them or not.

As I was creating this list I tried to ensure it was mixed with new and old, as well as diverse in both representation and genre. But I also choose a little bit of a different method to go about doing that selection this new year. I chose 1 book from each of my books shelves that happen to equal 23! Here is hoping that I have a more successful year with my 23 Books in 2023!

  1. I keep telling myself I’m not going to do the 23 Books in 2023 challenge because I always fail at it but every time I see someone share their post it makes me want to do one.

    1. I always fall to peer pressure and FOMO when it comes to the book community. I don’t think I have succeeded at this challenge but hoping this year is the one!
