Books for Aquarius Readers TBR

Books for Aquarius Readers TBR

Happy Birthday Month to me! I’ve seen a few people around the book community reading books that are recommended for their zodiac signs. I do not plan to read all of these books in February, but more of throughout the year. I thought it would be fun to announce it now since it is currently the time of Aquarius and to share it with my fellow aquarians. So here is my Books For Aquarius Readers TBR!

I found these recommendations on a variety of different blogs and sites ( I will make sure to include links below) There were so many that I selected some that I thought sounded interesting, because lets be honest even if someone thinks it may be for me I don’t want to set myself up for failure by reading one that doesn’t intrigue me. Some of these I have already read as well, but I am including so I can share my thoughts in a wrap up after I finish them all. ( I have read 4 out of the 13 recommendations)

Books for Aquarius Readers TBR

Girls With Sharp Sticks by Suzanne Young

“This book is one of those books that really makes you think about things in a different perspective… Like our Aquarius peeps, Mena is not just going to believe it because someone told her anymore.” (Riveted)

Exit West by Mohsin Hamid

Winterwood by Shea Ernshaw

“She’s quiet and likes to keep to herself. There is nothing better for an Aquarius then to just have a nice day to themselves where they are free to make their own decisions. ” (Riveted)

None of the Above by I.W Gregorio

“An Aquarius is always interested in the social causes and making society a better place. This book is just the right choice for an Aquarian to understand a major part of society, ‘intersex’.”(Front List)

The Belles by Dhonielle Clayton

When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon

“The Aquarius is under the element of air. Air elements are known to be intelligent and rather opinionated. They earn their pennies the fair way and will do anything to get to where they want to go…(and an Aquarius also LOVES a challenge).” (Riveted)

The Miseducation of Cameron Post by Emily M. Danforth

Dumplin’ by Julie Murphy

“Aquarians are often found fighting for causes that they believe in, especially when that cause is beneficial to the welfare of others. Dumplin’ definitely accomplishes that.” (The Garden of Readen)

Long Way Down by Jason Reynolds

“Aquarius’s respect fairness and have a deep passion for justice, like Will, they want to take action against the wrong. Yet, also like Will, they understand not everything is as it seems.” (Riveted)

Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (Pub May 4 2021)

“Aquarians are very open-minded and are always interested in the newest inventions and innovations. It is for this reason that I think pretty much any dystopian book would suit someone with this sign.” (The Garden of Readen)

Scythe by Neal Shusterman

“This first book in the Arc of a Scythe trilogy will truly make you think about society and challenge everything you ever thought you knew about it. Like I said, our water bearing friends love. A. Challenge.” (Riveted)

The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas

“In The Hate U Give Starr possesses two of the biggest Aquarian traits: She is an outsider and a humanitarian.” (The Garden of Readen)
