Bout of Books & Shelflove Crate Readathon | Weekend Reading

I have not been able to do as much reading as I hoped to do this past week for the Bout of Books Readathon. I started Let Me Hear A Rhyme by Tiffany D Jackson at the beginning of the readathon and it also fulfills the Feats of Illusion, Character with Untapped Potential category in the Shelflove Crate Readathon. This is an ARC I received and comes out early next week.

I also ended up finishing this book due to a power outage and nothing else do to all Saturday morning. I cannot wait for others to get a chance to read this book. I adored it and the 90s throwback references to hip hop music!

I then picked up Raze by Tillie Cole. I am trying to expand my reading into some adult romance, as I work through Romanceopoly. This is also a book I have seen Jess from Peacelovebooks on booktube talk about. This book is contributing to my page count for the rest of Bout of Books as well as for the category of Let the Games Begin, With a Trial/Tournament for Shelflove Crate Readathon.

After I finish Raze, I am hoping to start Wild and Crooked by Leah Thomas which will go towards Squad Goals, Multiple POV category.

Are you participating in either of these challenges? What are you reading this weekend?
