This weekend is the first in the Fierce Female Readathon ! This happens to be the weekend before I leave for my much needed week long vacation in AZ! As I turn off my work phone and functioning brain, it is the perfect way to sliding into vacation mood. By indulging in some neglected reading.

I have much to be accomplished this weekend in addition to just reading. I have some instagram pictures to take for while I am gone. As well as some blog posts to work on and schedule for the rest of Fierce Female Reads February! The Umbrella Academy was added to Netflix. I am already hooked, it is like Haunting of Hill House (in a different genre category) combined with X-Men. I am so here for it! Additionally, I have a ton of cleaning and packing to do in anticipation of flying out bright and early Tuesday(and by early I mean before the sun is even up).

As for the books I am reading this weekend. I have a few that I have been putting off for far too long and some I cannot wait to dive into!

Work has been super crazy lately as well as personal life. I haven’t made much time for reading or have been falling asleep mid-page. Stain was one of my most anticipated books and I have been reading it for over a month. I think subconsciously I don’t want to go too fast and have it be over because I am absolutely loving it! It is so imaginative, beautifully written and such a unique fairytale.
