May 2020 TBR

Creating my May 2020 TBR has been hard. This whole isolation thing has been really interesting and put a strange twist to my reading. I thought without all the extra distractions of going into the office, going out, traveling and shopping that I would have so much time to dedicate to my blog and reading. I started April off really strong, but I have been getting so distracted by everything else. After my long days sitting in one place at my house for work, I find myself outside after work or lounging on the couch binge watching TV.

With all of that being said I was hesitant to create a TBR for May and was just going to kind of read whatever I want. I still have the plans of reading whatever I want and not holding too strictly to my TBR. Just knowing myself I need some sort of goal to strive to or I won’t read anything all month. So I selected books for my May 2020 TBR that are shorter and ones that caught my attention as I stared at my bookshelves.

      1. I’m trying to support independent publishers where I can so bought a novella from one called ‘The Hard Goodbye’. Hoping to get to that but gotta finish ‘Insomnia’ by Stephen King and an ARC called Tomb of Gods first.

        Plenty of time, though 🙂
