So far in August and for the beginning of the Dusting off the Shelf Read-a-thon I have continued to dominate! I have deviated from my set TBR and cheating a little by reading some books I got more recently than 6 months and doing some of my review reading. I still can’t believe that so far in 12 days I have finished 7 books! Although they aren’t the longest of books that is still close to my average books read for the past few months. So that is always a great accomplishment. I happened to face a little rut and almost slipped into a book slump, but did some re-reading and was so happy that I did. Now all I have to do is all my book reviews of the books I have been pounding out during this read-a-thon. Only a few more days left and I am not sure if I will be picking up another book because I have a review book to finish and the bout of books read-a-thon starts on the 18th, but we will see!
